watching this commercial was more life-changing to me than watching James Cameron’s Avatar. I mean a minute and a half video is more powerful than a three hour movie.
@hotfudgemonday12 Derp you must be skin-deep in meaning then. If you don’t know what the short, sad story was trying to imply then you are exactly what JTjason described.
@JTjason896 What? This has nothing to do with caring for each other or making money or having power. It has to do with relating the commercial to the product, which this failed to do miserably. This was not a commercial. This was a sad, short story with a random logo at the end.
This is very sad, and at that part with the truck it was like..I dunno…I was stunned, I guess is the best word. But…….I smack myself for giggling at how it just came out of NOWHERE. My mom won’t buy life insurance because a few other people in my family passed right after they bought some. D;
Im not much of a tear jerker
But i have honestly seen better
Either way its advertising insurance so its gotta relate
Rather pitiful its exaggerates the possibilities of insurance, mainly you get ripped off

this made me cry, butn ot the sad cry, more like the bored to tears cry
and im crying like a baby :’0
@hotfudgemonday12 I agree with you that this is nothing to do with caring…what’s the logical connection?
“I was a bad father, but luckily I had life insurance, so at least you won’t starve.”
Or maybe “If I had life insurance, I’d be a more attentive driver, and I wouldn’t have died.”
Life insurance doesn’t prevent death…
It’s a commercial designed to manipulate emotions and sell a product–life insurance. Period. It’s marketing. Not caring. There’s a BIG difference.

@JTjason896 True enough. We enjoy our comedy commercials.
@shadowxps Yea they dont make em like this in the US because its all about money and power here. Over there they actually care about each other.

It was like watching a movie. They just don’t make them like that here in the US.
